The administrator uploads files to the FTP server.
The administrator logs into ColtrinoView control panel and creates user accounts. Each of newly created users is notified about the account details via e-mail.
Each of users is given the individual access to the uploaded FTP resoures. The operation is done via simple drag&drop interface.
The administrator may optionallyt ad notes or description to any file.
The user logs into the user account via web browser and gains access to the assigned resources.

The user may browse files using the web browser in multiple views.
Convenient folders tree makes file access simple and easy.
The user may upload files as well.
