SImplicity of use

• ColtrinoView is the simplest piece of all ColtrinoSuite applications for purpose. Browsing resources does not require any previous training nor tutorials. Just click and go!

Easy file sharing

• Thanks to ColtrinoView you may give the access to the files which are to heavy to be sent by e-mail.
• Sending large files does not takes thousands of megabytes of the receipient's mailbox.
• The receipient does not need to know how to use FTP client. Just login via web browser and browse files.
• Thanks to a folder tree you may group your files as needed to preserve clear order.
• All files are centralized - you may be sure that you don't miss a file.
• If there are any new files added after the most recent user login, they are accessible via dashboard and 'new resources' section.

Safety

• The files located on the server are not available for public. The access to selected files is given only to the chosen users.

Sharing and separation of resources

• Each of users may access his own files (the files assigned to this user by the administrator)
• Some resources may be shared across many users.

Commenting on resources

• Each of files uploaded to the server may be given a comment or a note.
