General Conditions
The Coltrino Applications are rendered accessible on License Agreements’ conditions.
Within the scope of the License Agreement the Customer obtains the rights for:
- appropriately using of one copy of the implemented application for the given website
- using the Application without time restrictions
- using the Application for one domain chosen at time of entering the contract
- publishing in a certain form the information about a fact, that the website is powered by the Application, and not removing it during the time of using the Application, unless the ‘nobrand’ version has been purchased
Within the scope of the Agreement the Customer doesn't obtain the rights for:
- installing, except for one chosen domain as well as other websites or sub-sites within one domain
- reselling of Application
- modifying the Applications' code
- rendering the Applications’ code accessible to third parties
- using the Application incompatible with its purpose
'Branded' and 'nobrand' versions
- The ‘branded’ version is a basic version of the Application. It obligates the Client to mark the website that uses the Application with the text and graphic information, stating that the website is powered by the Coltrino Application (link to the Coltrion website and product logo).
- The ‘nobrand’ version is available. It exempts from duty of publishing the above mentioned indications.
